The craft beer industry is a perfect example. When microbrews started showing up in stores, what differentiated craft from big beer was not only style selection, but artistic and creative packaging. Now, as craft beer floods the shelves, a strong brand and good packaging design is essentially a requisite for brewery success. Brand Joint sees the same trajectory in the future of cannabis. The goal of our creative team is to change the perceptions of marijuana use and user by designing authentic brands for high-quality cannabis products and services. JENNIFER CULPEPPER: Founder & Chief Creative

A true design entrepreneur, Jennifer has founded three successful companies. In addition to Brand Joint, she is the Principal and Chief Creative of branding agency, Peppermill Projects. With more than 20 years designing successful brands, Jennifer has identified a need for specialized brand strategy and design in the newly forming and constantly changing cannabis industry. Her creative talent, business acumen proven track record of spotting industry trends and experience creating successful brands makes her an exceptional brand strategy adviser for cannabis entrepreneurs who are looking to grow successful cannabusinesses.

GRACE RUDDER: Design

Grace recently graduated from Auburn University's nationally ranked School of Industrial & Graphic Design. Before joining the Brand Joint team full time, Grace completed our summer internship program. Her work was so impressive we couldn’t let her go! During her collegiate career, Grace acquired Graphic Design experience at Spinsheet & Proptalk Magazines, The Auburn University Magazine and our sister company, Peppermill Projects. The research and brainstorming aspects of the creative process are what Grace enjoys most, as it creates a strong foundation for an incredible product. 

NICOLE ANEGON BAILEY: Copywriting

After graduating from Albion College in Michigan with a B.A. in Communication, Nicole acquired impressive experience in all things writing and marketing. Immediately after college, she interned at Paste Magazine in Atlanta, Georgia, monitoring social media accounts and running contests and giveaways. Soon after, she held the position of Social Media Marketing Manager at Netvantage Marketing in East Lansing, Michigan and later dabbled in the craft beer industry. She uses her experience to help Brand Joint's clients develop successful social media strategies and find the perfect voice to express their message.

KIM MOHR & ERIN OLEXIA: Interior Design

Brand Joint has partnered with Dream House Studios, an award winning Interior Design studio in Annapolis, Maryland. With 20+ years of experience, owners Kim and Erin specialize in Interior Merchandising, Residential and Commercial Projects. Using an individualized approach for each client, Dream House creates authentically designed spaces for dispensaries and other cannabusinesses. Brand Joint and Dream House Studios work together to tell your brand story and create a cohesive experience tailored to your audience.
